Her coaching and consulting style leverages her 20+ year career in the Air Force and private industry as a leader, coach, consultant, teacher, senior program manager, and engineering manager. She also incorporates lessons learned from a successful 25-year marriage, parenting of children through young adulthood, creative budgeting approaches, formal education and training, and general life lessons. She has coached, mentored, and consulted with numerous individuals and teams focused on goal setting, achievement and sustainment, conflict resolution, relationships, communication, leadership, self-improvement, household management and team building.
